  1. no phoenix have a couple of turtle tanks already yes sam that is what i have been picturing, well done
  2. have a 2.1 x .9 x .750 tank empty since i moved the arowanas moved the fish and plants from the ar620 into there pair of white angels, 3 red whiptails from simian, 2 rummy nose and a dozen blonde guppies maybe too much bio load for the aqua one 2400 to handle any suggestions or thoughts

  5. wholemeal or brown breads are best, chook pellets, green veges, kibbled or whole maize babies can be supplemented with whiskas cat jellymeat not fish based
  6. slight difference in body colouration would be my call i too would have suggested jurapari as that is the common name usually stuck on those species as said lousy photo and possibly a case for euthanasia would need to see a better photo before making that call though
  7. i think fish have nares not nostrils though they resemble them, not for breathing but to smell smell odours in the water

  13. without a more infocus photo can't give a definitive answer can't make out lines on legs and ear patches but at a guess, yes they are red ears and they have been kept without a proper light and water maintenance has been poor
  14. nice swordtail aro snookster from what i can see in 1st pic good to see it has healed well
  15. the aros have bony plates in their mouths that they use to pulverise their food so it can be messy haven't set the sump up yet :oops:
  16. no fertility in alb x alb, some yellow taddys in alb x normal/albino only 1 male albino
  17. yes they can occupy the same habitats of course big eats small when it comes to frogs none of my whistlers have shown much green
