talked to my beardeds,
the girl said she likes her hide for time out times and when she is feeling insecure
the male said he hasn't got time for a hide as it would mean less time for people to look at him as he looks so good
she has brought me a few birds this season

7am this morning lady arrived carrying a box
"my cat caught a baby mynah"
told her to leave it on the counter and i wouls sort it later
about 8.30 opened up the box
i think keeping the calcium for her will help

fruit juices maybe, vit E, zinc, selenium,
food like ginger,
we feed grated apple as well
