I deal with "these people" most days of the week is small/medium business for more than one company/brand. Sad that you didnt have a good experience out of it and may have hit a group/s that was trying to charge more than retail price's Yes it is uneconomic to bring in a few tanks, helps keep some of the quick buck makers out of the market Anywho...we dont see eye to eye, ill leave my comments at that -

Reverse Osmosis removes all impurities AFAIK. Spring water will have contaminates like minerals and other bits in it (high TDS, total disolved solids compared to RO water) You seen prices on RO filters? Taupo tap water should be fine for axies

AMAZONIAN- I find your comments very offensive. I take it you have been to china? So everything that comes out of China is crap? My "elchepo" Aqua nova tank's is better quality than Aqua One's and under half the price. -
