Good on you Scalare for being involed in the pet expos . When the pet expos where here in Hamilton our club the waikato Aquarium Soc put displays on . What we found was really effective was useing black building paper on the walls and weedmat as a roof completly darking the display therefore really making the tanks look really effective. One of the best tanks that we done was a two foot tank which black gravel , Black out the back and sides , Had a blue light A air disk and placed 50 + small albino corys . We run a comp calling it count the corys it was a very sucessfull idea. Anyway good luck it is alot of hard work but aslong as you have a good group of people working together it will be well worthwhile. I think they are planning on coming to Hamilton in July Dave

I Agree with the other members of the exective who have responed to this topic in regards to people always wait untill the last few days. So DON'T PANIC MITCH . As for the Death of the FNZAS I do really think you have it wrong especically when we have such a awsome tool like this website with over 1000 members. The question has to be asked do they all belong to the FNZAS when all that is required is joining an aquarium club , Surely that is not a bad thing . Confences i always look forward to especially catching up with the many fishy folk that i have met over the years . Remeber confence is not only for the delegates to attend but anyone that belongs to the FNZAS can attend. Anyway , You should have Jude and My regestrations along with Rob so that is at Least three from Waikato for what i am sure is going to be a good weekend . See you at confence Dave

Come on team lets boost these entries up !!!! We all have spoken about national fishshows for the last couple of years and now the Hawkes Bay club have put in alot of time and effort in organising one . And all we need to do is provide the fish surely this is not an impossible task or is this the final attempt at something which we will only talk about without doing anything .17 entries is very poor that means with my 7 entries i have got a good chance of being well placed . I am sorry if i do sound dissapointed but i am especiallt when i personally want thisto be a sucessfull and contnuing event . Look forward to seeing everyone next weekend and can't wait to see everyones fish ???????????????

Both videos will be great viewing and i sure will encourge particapation in the fishshow next month . Can't rember what the tableshow is this month . Any quires contact Rob , Polgara or myself . Hope to see you there

Our FNZAS treasuer only goes by the information that is recieved by clubs therefore it is really important that those details are correct . Your club treasuer is the person who will recive the FNZAS membership card long with recpit of caption of club members . Yes it doeshelp if you can make it to the meeting folowwing the arrival of FNZAS cards but sometimesthis is not possible therefore i would think that you will get your card along with the nextnewsletter . Anybody that jions a FNZAS club should get a membership card even if they can't make the meetings .
