  1. The tank I treated had Sterbai and Peppered Cories and they had no problems with the salt. I have no experience of Loaches so can't help sorry.
  2. Hi axolotl-danio. The higher temp speeds up the life cycle of the ich, thus shortening the treatment time, but to my knowledge doesn't harm it. I have used salt with success and found this to be an excellent article http://www.cichlid-forum.com/articles/ich.php HTH

    crayfish

Freshwater Koura cannot live in tropical temps, anything over 20C is uncomfortable and over 24-25C will kill them. IME
  12. There's a good article all about it here http://www.cichlid-forum.com/articles/l_caeruleus.php One of mine
  13. Hi shyfan and daughter. Welcome to the forums :bounce: All the fish suggested so far are great community fish. You might want to have a look at some Bristlenoses too. They are a good cleaning crew and they are known to spawn in a comm tank. Remember that you shouldn't add all the fish at once, get the tank cycled first then slowly add more fish over several weeks so the biological filter has time to adjust.
  14. Sounds about right to me 8)
