The other safest thing to do to prevent this happening again is, Regular Water Changes, this is most important. Level's of ammonia should never be allowed to build up to the level of becoming Toxic to the Fish. Good Luck with the Fish you have left

Gouramis are nice Have to say that cause I've got 4 :lol: I have 2 Golden Gourami's and 2 x 3 Spot Gourami's. Love the Chocolate ones but havent seen them round for awhile, used to have a couple of really big Fellas. Gourami's will go nicely with the other Fish you have in your Tank too

I have a sick Discus, I have no Spare Tanks at the moment, what was the hospital tank is now the Temp Guppy tank. I was wondering if anybody has ever used one of the coloured stackable plastic boxes that you can buy for the Warehouse. Wondering if one of these will be ok as a Temp Hospital Tank untill I can get another hospital tank sorted tomorrow, not sure if it will be OK with a heater in there set on 30. Thought of putting him in a Bucket, but that's not big enough for him or a heater. Any other ideas are most welcome

LOL Hubby doesn't do things with Plans, This is how it works in my house when it comes to building something. Funny, how it's always the one that you aren't try to catch that end up happily going in the net for you aye I got a Hoplo 2, he's such a Character, loves being handfed tubifex worms, had 2 of them for about 4 years, lost one of them a few weeks back I'm Seriously thinking about setting up a Guppy Tank too

Has the Pleco been acting strange over the past few days?? Any open wounds on him ?? What other Fish are in the same tank as the Pleco??
