I would more likely lean towards juvenile Spotted gurnard due to the larger head to body ratio.... look at the dorsal, is the first ray quite a bit shorter than the second??? iof it is then spotted...

looks like (a bit early to tell for sure) a spotted gurnard, nice, they are a lot smaller than the common red gurnard.

nice cuttle..... seems like you may need a new tank soon though... or a seafood chef.
