I like it "minced up" (you chop it up in the pan while your cooking this way), cooked in a pan with chutney, you have to leave it to caramelise, then chip it off the bottom with the spatula and let it cook/caramelise again. Stir through rice. (fried rice is nicer) Serve with more chutney.
