Only have to pay registrations for now, all dinners can be paid for at the registration of Friday night or Saturday morning. Just let us know what you are doing so we can arrange catering. We can't have the deer smelling us from a mile away. Though a trip out to mayor island might be more fish related. Will see what I can come up with. Can we please have numbers by the 8th May for the hotel for catering purposes, of those attending conference, we have at the moment about 13 registered. The hotel will be releasing the rooms we have put aside for conference back to the public, so as long as we have names etc that will be okay. Thanks. They are holding the rooms we have reserved for you until the 20th May, and then they will release them, and if they have rooms available after that they will try and give it to you at the arranged price.
