No probs at all, great to hear from you and to know its all falling into place slowly. Will be keeping up all the work till we have suceeded in our mission. Mystic needs sleep but wont, been up all might finding out info and spreading the word to as many people and places as possible! I woke lastnight at 4am on the couch to see that she had got me a Hottie and Blanket and she was still at the puter working away.

Shes got determination thats for sure! :)

Thanks for the offer of the wood

cricketman has been in and wants to organise a working bee sometime through the fernery and native area

about a dollar a kg to buy the feed in tauranga so courier will be about even, will ask at local trucking outfits to see if i can get a pickup

The wood would be located in the mount. Im sure they would help out with leftovers and the such. Woods not cheap these days!

If you get stuck with getting the feed sorted i could drive over with a ute and a tandem trailer on the back. I see when dads going up the coro.

Seem a few are very slow on emailing back, but getting things sorted!

Hope some of the pressure is now coming off abit Mark.

Hey guys, we have a 9 ton horse truck in Kawerau - not too far from Taupo (about 1 1/2 hrs tops).

Could use it to cart stock feed if it is in a quantity to warrant the use of a big truck.

Let me know.

I'm sure we can arrange it for a weekend if the stock feed place is open then.

Have also emailed campbell live.

Have spoken to my Husband and we can certainly organise the truck to collect the feed.

If we can rally more feed or something else to go on the truck and make it a decent load, all the better.

We can carry 4 ton inside the truck - any suggestions?

If you need we can do the run during the week and pick up extra things along the way - ie from Rotorua, Edgecumbe, Mt Maunganui, etc.

Have a think about what else we can collect for the trip.

Back to you after 3pm.

I am waiting to hear back from Mark to see if he hasnt organised a local trucking company first.

I am currently trying to get more feed donations from several other stock food companies to get a decent load as one trip.

Any suggestions of who to contact for more feed to be collected.
