I'm no expert, which is why I keep my mouth shut most of the time but I think that could mean parasites. Don't worry though, just wait for someone with more experience to answer. There are treatments for parasites I believe. Cheers Jude

I've got angels in my community tank and they haven't been a problem yet. I got them when they were very small and they are still smallish. I am not sure what I will do if they start causing problems later because I really like them. I will just wait and see Cheers Jude

Hi Ormali what is the vacuum thing you use to start the syphoning? Is it just one that uses an up and down motion in the tank to start it off because I have never been able to make that work ................ sigh Cheers jude

Are these fish happier in pairs or small schools? One of my two died recently and the other seems to be moping. Just wondering if I should get a couple more to add to the tank Cheers Jude

I add water from the hose straight into the tap and I put in the water ager first. I've done a rough calculation that tells me how much water ager I need per inch of water but I confess the method is a bit rough and ready. Because its a big tank and I do smallish changes the temp doesn't drop enough to bother the fish. Cheers Judy
