Amphiprion polymnus are pretty cool. List was based on what was able to be got from overseas and what was already in the country.
If it is the one i am thinking of it is pretty rear, found only off Lord Howe Island .
They are small but grow really quick. Will take a couple of days to hatch so don't stress about the BS. You also need to take care not to feed them to soon.
i would move the eggs without the parents. Chances are high they will eat them with the stress of moving.
I would put the eggs in a smaller tank and add a couple of drops of meth blue to stop fungus.
Put a air stone bubbling really slowly about 10mm away from the eggs.
That should give you enough time to find out what to do with the feeding side of things
Don't look to bad, but i would do a water change to.
Basically fish poo gets broken down by bacteria to Nitrates 0
Ammonia then to Nitrite then nitrate. Ammonia (NH4) and Nitrite(NO2) are toxic at higher levels, nitrate(NO3) are not toxic until they get really really high but there is a debat over that.
Best thing you can ever do if you think something is wrong is a water change.
Ich maybe
Some of my tangs would do it when i changed the water.
I would just keep feeding and doing what you were doing.
If it gets worse drop the salinity and look at getting him out.
Maybe how i have explained it.
Turn filter off at wall.
Push outlet (water in to tank from filter) under the water level in the tank.
Remove outlet with thumb over the end and place into a bucket on the ground.
Take finger off and water should flow/syphon out.
Give filter a bit of a shake at the same time water is flowing out.
If the filter has taps (like the double taps of eheim) this will be easier.
Hope that makes sense
If i was to guess i would say a bacterial infection, really don't think it is dropsy. Dropsy does not show like that on top

Another trick is to do a water change once a month or so thru the filter.
Drop the inlet end down into the tank and syphon the water the opp way back down thru the filter, give it a bit of a shake at the same time.
From memory eheim suggest this to, great minds and all that
Ring the company that makes it and ask. A large number og glues are only toxic when they are wet, once they dry off they are fine.
Not sure either way on the no more nails.
You will also find a lot of silcones say they are not to be used in aquariums not because they are toxic but because they haven't spent the money on certification
IME i would say the tank is way to short, height of tank 35cm less sand (4cm)and air gap (4-5cm) which leaves about 27cm.
Height of kudas between 22 - 28cm..
When i had them they were in a 500 x 500 x 700h tank.
