you do realise that re-torquing it would involve removing the entire cam assembly and if I wasn't extremely careful would end up with me having to re-time it.
 :sml1:
yeah, it was not just on one day, it was more like they went on a 2 week long rampage culminating with a date with trademe.
they watched it happening ended up getting a large breeding net to seperate them until they could find a buyer.
all problems have now ceased
im hoping the honey gourami i sold them doesn't turn evil now
dunno yet, there was only about 10 or so, and they looked like they still had shell attached, or very large egg sacs.
will wait and see...
anyone think it will disturb them too much if I pull out the filter intake and wrap it in muslin???
wow, I spent around $250 on every one else and got myself a snuggle night with GF (and a week without shorty street priceless)
am i doing things backwards??? (except for the shorty street thing)
this thread is going to turn into some fun......
do you know what the quarantine requirements in NZ are???
if you want to spend the $$$ including rent of holding tanks then go for it, your end product will probably be so expensive you will never sell them.
Yay, :nilly: my kribs just bought their babies out to show me fot the first time :happy1: :happy1: :happy2: :happy2: (yes anthony, exactly 2 days and she popped, and no, the male is obviously not infertile)
I just had a customer tell me that they had a school of 8 (I think) male cherry barbs that decided to go on a fishicidal rampage.... and shredded half their tankmates
I always thought that cherry barbs were very peaceful????
anyone else had this problem???
put a loach in first
I would avoid chemicals as most snail killers (all that I have seen) are copper based and can be quite dangerous to your fish.
keep breeding them until your ready for a gang of chain loaches
