    Hi from CHCH

Welcome theres alot of advise on here for you shall you need it
  10. i heard from atrader that his ones lose that blue very quickly and fades out back to brown
  11. thats pretty cheap to me.I us e to sell black orandas for 700 a pair a few years ago.the trouble with orandas is most of them are mutts and hardly stay black is813 has quality though thats why the price tag is the wat it is
  12. sounds like youve gut it sussed though once youve done one you can do heaps good job dude
  13. yea its definetly recommended if you dont know what your doing to Disconnect it saves the head unit and u from getting shocked.do u have all the tools most people would need? Ive done probably a thousand so just use crimpers and philips With the mistis the wires will most likeyl be in a series of 8 and are simple to connect straight up if u are wanting to get the head unit to run on accesory u might need to run a seperate wire but shoud already have one there if i remember the mitsis color codes are power either brown or red.Accesory if is one will be yellow or yellow and white then once u have power just test each individaul wire on the speaker cables of head unit.and set the fader and bal to front left first and when u only hear sound from there u know u have got the right speaker. Its really simple except when u have to do a mates porsche  Haha the joys of uninstalling the old one If the stereo doesnt come out itll have a harnees most likely a phiilps stereo or Something like that pop they front console shroud around head unit off then get to the sides and there will be to four metal clips u will need to push them in and push the old unit forward
  14. i never disconnect it but ive done it many times u may need to replace the terminal if its really bad and corred on internal of the connector.Have u installed a head unit before?
  15. Yea i use to do car stereos privately for people and came across this a few times youll need to replace it if u manage to get it off.just a qeustion though why are u trying to access the negative terminal?
  16. was just about to say the same thing. if u want fish you have to get in on the orders that they are already importing i use to get my guppies through a importer and they would come in with an existing shipment
  17. For peice of mind u could also get a brush with some vinegar on it then brush it on all the sides let sit for 15 mins then rinse of and then do a coat of silicone over top

  19. That is no where near big enough i had 3 25cm ones in a 1200.60.60 for a few weeks and that was pushing it they need alot of space and i personally dont think shops should be selling them as most people dont realise they can get to 60cm+ even a 30 cm pleco would need 60+ depth to be comfortable in
  20. yep tried alot to save power but to no avail im with contact energy
  21. kirbs will pair off when ready they are not colony fish. electric yellows will vary ive had some breed at 3-4cm and alot of others the smae its just about there needs and the water parameters etc best ratio for yellow would be 12,3 males 9 females would work well in my opinion
  22. 500 power bill for 3 adults one baby dont know how the heck we get it so high only 2 tanks running and no heater we have fire
  23. im just wanting it to clear the debris so the filter can catch it better.Basically this is a piece of?No point using it?better stick with the 750l/h waste of money unless i do a nano marine perhaps
  24. I just bought a wave maker from tm and through alot of waiting and no contact from seller i finally recieved it but plugged it in and waited for it to start pushing alot of water around as its 4000l/h.It doesnt push the water around at all i have a 750/lh powerhead in there and its doubling the output of the wave maker. My qeustion is.Is mine a dud or are wave makers generally not very powerful. Its a resun waver 4000 i bought it for more flow to keep crap off my white sand but obviously a waste of money
