Anyone able to give me a hand with moving my tank from mt roskill to papakura it's still at my mothers place and the person helping me didn't want to do it yesterday so it's stranded there would really appreciate help

Tanks look great mate.as for glass thickness etc there is alot of different gradings of glass and the methods used to make tanks will vary the height is usually the critical part but if bottom is well braced and top middle braced holding up to 400litres would be fine.im a glazier by the way. nice wood in tank aswell

Like samh said barebottom and frequent changes but you will more than likely lose quite a feq and theyl be stressed out and weak which will lead to further problems -

If you want to lose most of the guppies its fine but without filter going it wouldnt have cycled properly if at all.angels arent nasty they will eat fry though.you should really get tank sorted then get fish otherwise youl just lose them daily and have no good stock -

If it was then most likely was banned type the ok type is quite fluffy and soft.the banned one snaps not breaks

I know of koi.domestic goldfish.Catfish bullheads i think.gambusia.ive heard of guppies and mollies/swordtails wild near waihi not sure if thats true? Just wanting to know whats here convict cichlids must be a danger to our waters hope they never end up there

Like i said misread.. Obviously if illegal i wouldnt want them this was years ago not a pacu either was withdrawn within minutes Only reason id want them is there shape size and swimming style just cool fish id never feed a mouse to one thats sick ps not a kid :yaw1:
