you want attitude, go with cichlids.. a couple of convicts would fit the colour scheme and are rad fish, low maintenance, high energy, fun fish. maybe just one in a 60l tho. i reckon one fish in a tank is quite choice.

zombiefish, myself, and our spawn will be gracing tauranga with our presence this weekend. aside from dropping by to harass fi5hguy, what else do you guys recommend doing down there? any more decent pet shops, fishing spots, places to see etc etc...?

give me a fully insulated fish room that is heated enough that i don't need heaters in the tanks and i will quickly stop enjoying sitting watching my fish due to the heat and humidity of the room... and with it lose interest in keeping fish... but maybe that's just me.... all i'm sayin is, keep ya window, you might appreciate the fresh air in the room despite what effect it might have on the temp or insulation capabilities of the room...

yea seems like trouble but hey i'd do exactly the same thing if i had the cash.. look forward to seeing pics and hearing stories as they grow... it's gonna be a very fun tank to watch that's for sure
