  1. http://badmanstropicalfish.com/profiles/profile97.html I like those. But I do believe they will mess with your plants.
  2. 28 Times not enough? Bolivian rams are nice too. Don't get very big but they are really colorful etc
  3. Might I add... Acarichthys heckelii, Acarichthys heckelii, Acarichthys heckelii, Acarichthys heckelii, Acarichthys heckelii, Acarichthys heckelii, Acarichthys heckelii, Acarichthys heckelii, Acarichthys heckelii, Acarichthys heckelii, Acarichthys heckelii, Acarichthys heckelii, Acarichthys heckelii, Acarichthys heckelii, Acarichthys heckelii, Acarichthys heckelii, Acarichthys heckelii, Acarichthys heckelii, Acarichthys heckelii, Acarichthys heckelii, Acarichthys heckelii, Acarichthys heckelii, Acarichthys heckelii, Acarichthys heckelii, Acarichthys heckelii, Acarichthys heckelii, Acarichthys heckelii, Acarichthys heckelii :sml2: Get them small and you get to see them grow up, which is also very fun
  4. You could always use an in line diffuser that leads to the powerhead? Can never have too much
  5. I cant keep my dog in a small cage but I can giant fish... I guess it would be hard for the SPCA to come confiscate and house large pacu etc. Hmmm
  6. http://www.trademe.co.nz/Pets-animals/Fish/Fish-tanks-aquariums/auction-373123982.htm Or search pacu on trade me and they both come up
  7. Anybody else remember when that reporter threw his shoe at Bush?
  8. Probably bristlenose then. Makes sense if they were under something too. Usually the male will find a cave of some sort(its not uncommon for them to bury under things if the substrate is right) and spawn with the female. He then protects the eggs. Are you wanting to hatch them? Put them in a net breeder/guppy trap sort of this with a gentle airstone, or another tank with no fish if possible
  9. Could always remove the angel and get discus? I'd personally up the water changes if getting something like discus. Cories would be nice also. Can get some pretty nice ones, like pandas
  10. Went out and got one of those at lunch, went from :yaw1: to :nilly: during my last period of class  What sort of set up are you planning to use to house males once you breed?
  11. http://www.fnzas.org.nz/fishroom/viewtopic.php?p=258029#p258029 Thats a picture of Krib eggs Hope that helps
  12. I'd hate to see how Discusking keeps his discus
  13. I always thought they laid eggs bigger than 2mm
  14. Gives you time to get it filled up and cycling
  15. I'd imagine it depends on the amount of people. My mum had a washer that worked fine when it was only washing the clothes for three people, but as soon as it was used for 6 people it got very old very quickly. It decided to turn our laundry, garage and rumpus room into one big puddle. Was only around 8 years old when it decided to leak
  16. They sure do. But usually its the females. They also submit to the male and kinda do a head stand. Just lets you know when the girls ready It was more advice for after the genders are sorted out
  17. They did it on the radio too apparently :sml2: Isn't it a strange world that we live in? Just found a 2001 FOX news article saying Obama died of an untreated lung problem. I'm doubting its legitimacy otherwise it would have been noticed when it was published... Hmmm
  18. Decided on the CO2 system?
  19. I'd have to disagree. My uncle had a large planted tank a few years back with 30+ tiger barbs and all they did was kill other tank mates. Also seen large groups at animates that pick on other fish. Never seen them fight others of the same species though. I'd agree with Caryl in saying it could be the fire eel
  20. I'll quote your quote suggesting you use your quote to start a quote thread
  21. Thats the 6500k cool daylight, I think
  22. I was just looking for that quote and all I could find was blogs declaring it fake (also couldn't find it on any quote websites) :-? Doubt it. Its the government. They'll only let us know what they want us to know.
  23. That's good. Our bells at school screwed up today and it got me thinking about what would happen if a fire broke out at 3.15pm when we all leave.
  24. Like Adrienne said, look for the egg spot. Also the barring is a good way to tell if the female is keen to breed
