  6. ok them won't go fast flowing as that will be more effort to up keep and design workings of. so ithe plan for native which is were it looks like everyone has placed their vote so far, will be a 300L ish aquarium 120x50x60cm or there abouts. will really have to see what i can catch but bullies, krays, eels, Kokopu. keep in mind i have not really research any of these and i know there will be compatability issuses.
  7. not all pigs smell bad. some people will keep them as pets and i emagine they'd wash them.
  8. it would depend on the fish i got with natives. probably round 4ft. but height and width will depend on which natives. lower but wider if a do a fast flowing, or waybe normal width (50cm) and a little higher (60cm?) I'd like to keep native under 15cm if possible 20cm max so i think a few outings with stella if she will help me if i choose that option =)
  9. sorry couldn't help my self lol
  10. well technically neither is black or white =P
  11. Ok so over this summer i wat to establish two more tanks ( as that is the number my girlfriend  , and flatties  , have limited me to {not including breeding, plant growing or quarateen tanks}) So i alredy have a 300L community tank and have plants for a 60L Aquascaped planted tank. I am now stuck with the dilehma of what my 3rd tank will be and i have down to 2 options. Option #1: A native tank, eaither a low fast flowing for bullies or a large one for bullies, shrimp, maybe an ell, crays/crabs or any thing that won't eat each other. :bounce: Option #2: a semi comunity tank but set up to look marine. I'd put a few species of dwarf chiclids, ie cockatoos, Kribs ..., maybe a rainbow shark or one or two others that could pass as marine at a glance. :bounce: I have been changin gmy mind incresingly over the last month or so and have no idea which it will be. I will be getting a tank made or buying a preloved one to suit which ever i pick and money, while i'm not rich won't be too much of a problem as it will be a project that i will do gradually. So help me out. list pros and cons or just which you think i should do. P.S. I'll try put up a journal of the process if i can figure out photos properly. P.S. P.S. Sorry for all the emoticons and colours was having fun writting this.
