Actually, I was only ever keen on veiltails, i liked them because they were pretty but not fancy, but still fun to watch. I don't know where this sudden thing for fancy ones came from. Maybe since I bought my halfmoon pair i've gone mad? Even though Mr. Fighter is currently looking not so pretty, and is all torn up because as it turns out Mrs. Fighter just isn't keen on making babies with him. He's a happy little soul though. Maybe i'll have more luck with this guy? Maybe all 3 of them can live in pretty little tanks all alone just being good looking.

I will try take some good ones, although my camera skills are average haha. He is pretty sweet looking, even if he just lives in his own little tank, i'm in love already.

So I won this little guy: and i'm going to be getting him this week. Any clues on where to find him a nice lady friend so they can (hopefully!) have nice looking babies? Similar colour would be great but it seems like a mission!

I guess I shall be attending. Not going to know anyone so bringing joshlikesfish and going to stick out with peircings and tattoos and end up looking funny. Woo! I'm excited to find out what goes on.

This morning my big fat guppy has about 20 sitting in the bottom of the breeding net, and still quite a belly. And I thought that was amazing. So now I have about 60 guppy fry from 3 mums haha. If my guppy is as massive as she is i'd hate to see her with 100+

I got an e-mail about joining the club but haven't heard back since a message saying just come to the meeting and sign up. But I don't want to be a total random. Very concerning because it's tomorrow haha. :roll:

That one was the prettiest! Try take a photo. It's one of the coolest fighters i've seen and you know i'm not that fond of them. By the way, boyfriend got his first tank, signed up here and he's looking at rams. Your tanks may have inspired. :roll:

I think I may have a male and a female convict, too tiny to tell. Will be swapping Dempsey's if they both turn out to be male. I have a gold spot pleco in with them. Will change them around depending on sex, but would like to see a selection of them. After having tanks with guppies, swords, tetras, rams, and a fighter pair etc all living together peacefully I like seeing a good selection. Maybe I should just go African and keep the Dempsey tank the same.

I've always had a thing for Jack Dempsey's and purchased two just recently, which are living quite happily with two convicts. The Dempsey's are almost two inches, convicts are 1.5" and about 1 but definitely hold their own. They're also staying away from my pleco which is nice. I am planning on upgrading to a 300l tank, maybe bigger, I have no idea, all I know is they're going to need more room soon enough, and bigger is always better when it comes to fish tanks! Now i'm pretty sure i've limited my options by having a real thing for fish that can't be kept with much else, but does anyone keep these species with other things? I like watching the 5 of them just doing what they do but I keep thinking there must be a way, provided there is enough space and hiding spots, to keep similar species together. I guess it's all trial and error, i'd rather not risk it too much, but if anyone has any suggestions i would appreciate it!

Ah Omegle, love it. :roll: I had a flatmate who used to spend hours on it, I could never work out if he had serious problems or not.

I got the basics of the pokemon one, but for some reason yugioh was super confusing! Was good because my friend and I used to play her little brothers when we were about 12 and ended up with all their really good cards haha. :lol:
