thanks zev - out of the the 5 jobs i have applied for - this one sounded the most interesting. the other 4 probably pay better but im feeling like job satisfaction is more important now a days

its only been 1.5 months since my position at Deloitte was made redundant - and over that time there have been very few jobs that i have been able to apply for - either i just didnt want to go there or i didnt have any experience in that field. this one i have no experience but its half admin and half technical but hopefully it opens doors into other roles which would be more technical based.

cheers - its with the Police - E-Crimes Unit - forensics of phones and computers etc - its a starter role in a whole different field to what i have been doing - but sounds awesome

heres a better one (spoke to a chef mate of mine) - chocolate drops/chips - 2x teaspoons of oil and a microwave - goes hard when it cools - hopefully it will cool in this heat what did you say about it not lasting very long ? i had my daughter and her friend here - they are both 4 and now there is only half a cake left !!! so much for a surprise for the wife

chocolate icing sounds good - now i need to find instructions on that - can real choc chips be used ? my wife has called 3 times now to find out what im up to - she hates surprises :lol:

how long to you let it rest before taking out of the tin ? and then how long before i can ice it ? and more importantly how long after its iced can i eat it !!!

i would if it wasnt a 2.5 hour drive with a 4 year old in the car !! theres only so many times you can listen to her watching her barbie movies :bounce:

i wanted to take some of the mist rolling over the south coast - but by the time i managed to get out with the camera the mist had all but disappeared from the hills and was only around the rocks on the south coast :roll:
