Are there any special/extra requirements running these instead of fluorescent tubes? Nope HTH

Yeah, all the wood is in use. Baby BNs come first and the other wood is prone to getting algae and looks out of place. Not enough glosso for that Is the polysperma not at the back? :-? All of it is from about 4 stems, cut down to a pair or two of leaves each. Found me some 10000k CLFs yet? I planted the glosso is 2cm deep water, hairgrass in 5cm of water, lileopolis and polysperma in 10cm of water. I lay them out on a 40cm round tray with a splash of water, cut off the tops and rip them into groups of 3-5 blades. Plant gently but deep with tweezers, same for Glosso.

Wow Stella, that truly sucks Just last week I was topping up my tank with the new hose. Pinned it under a rock and went round the side to turn it on. The end came off and it spurted out and onto the carpet. So I picked it up and put it back in the tank, meanwhile the tank is slowly getting more and more full. So I try to cap the end (doesn't work, too high pressure) and direct it towards the tiles. I go to run out before the floor got anymore wet but slip on the tiles. Nearly 6ft of me landing on hard, wet tiles hurts. Then, I had to clean it all up. Moral of the story, never do water changes alone.

She thinks running 6 tanks is bad enough, let alone chilling a whole room! Our house is pretty open but the hottest room only took a 108L tank up to 26C. How does a standard 60x30 tank with extreme aeration sound?

I bought a pot for $10 at WoW and it was enough for the bottom but it hasn't filled in yet, I have nasty algae problems Too much is better than too little, just be prepared for hours of chopping and planting. Took me 6+ hours :roll:

If I go I will bring back some, I can't get there myself though so it may be a while away I wish I knew of a spot in Akl.
