i had cats called marmalade and jaffa

lucky he okay, could have been a disaster hopefuly he will teach the cat that he has a beak and the cat might leave him alone

oh i like ferrets used to have pet ones but they are naturel killers and kill for fun just like cats both big pests in nz but was still a fun pet to have used to take him out hunting rabbits etc where there is one there is more so keep the traps baited

i had trouble getting my two to eat worms too(maybe coz they dont move fast enough) anyway i got one of those escape proof dishes and every day i put heaps of worms in there with a few bits of apple(for worms or dragons)and over time they ate them,now they know the dish they run over, been feeding alot of crickets too but ran out yesterday,so today i throu in some dried crickets(soaked in water first)and the fussy dragon ate them so thats good over winter(ill still buy live food but dont need to stress when run out,oh you can also try dog roll or cat food but better double check which one i forgot :oops: )

good luck when i clean my fish tank(water change)i use a gravel vacum when you syfin the water it takes it from the gravel and you just move it round the tank pushing into stones and it picks up all the dirty water at the bottom instead of taking out the clean water at the top (its a handy tool)

oh i hope he is ok maybe try splitting them up could be a dominance thing let us know what vet says about breathing good luck

i know lots of people kill there goldfish from over feeding (there should never be food left on gravel,)

i do have that cage for the waters i didnt relise i would need it for the beardie(when i got my waters they had been burnt before so i bought that cage striaght away), and when i put the beardie in the water dragons setup to run around more(not at same time as waters)he does jump and climb up the cage so thought he might stay there to long and burn his belly(like a heat rock) never had my other beardie jump to its lights etc im just lucky it wasnt a huge body scar or if he was smaller it could have really hurt him at the moment im trying to think of a good setup for all the dragons so there all safe and happy

what are the survival rate on these fish if you separated them so they didnt get eaten

is that why some birds have fat swollen looking feet?

i love eskimos and never once till now thought anything of it i guess its like gollywogs or baba black sheep(white or wolly or even rainbow now) i personally wouldnt change it

apart from friends and family i think its the history and oldness to the place that i miss the most about scotland eg playing around old castles,and old cottage roads etc

he was on sand but now just news paper(very boring) i also have astro turf but thought that might irritate him coz its ruff ps i know the risks with sand but he is bigger now and sand has no pebbles etc (sifted a few times)

only problem with taller vivs is the uv has to be close i could drop it down but that gets hot on top and iris will climb on that to and burn his belly, i could always make a viv that the ceramic and spot light dont sit in the tank just on top with a hole cut out on top to let heat in(i had this once for leapard geckos worked good) but dont no if the ceramic one will over heat? :roll:

yeh i have a cage for the water dragons but as living art side iris climbs on it ps he looks alot better today its not weeping.

yeh he has always been a great little eater so if he doesnt eat ill no some thing is very wrong if it was my other bd it would be harder to tell coz she is lazy and fussy most of the time

he cant lick it so thats good and i used a cotton ear bud to aply it theres not much pus there but its there so i dont want it getting infected cant put photo on coz i packed the cords away but he seams not bothered ill keep you all up dated on how it clears up

the vet said water it down no,livingart no burnt feet i dont know how he did it but he has been trying to jump out stank when lid open and ive seen him jump up to the uv too i put more wood in for him to climb i think he is bored cause i havent taken him out much this week due to us packing and me being sick but he getting lots of tlc now this time next week he will be running around the new place checking it out he is such a busy beardie and yes eats ALL the time
