i just read on the net that to breed they should be hibernated first but wait till there at least 3yrs old or shell size 5-8cm i have never owned one myself just surfing the web

i have the eco mist(away from fish tanks)and no deaths(fish tanks are also covered) and when the can runs out we spray flies but first we cover all tanks and open windows coz it very strong smelling(i dont buy the odourless one coz i dont no how much the room has toxic in it)but then again the ecomist runs 24/7 i have the ecomist in lounge with one fish tank,two dragon tanks,fish bowl in kitchen,dragon tank in dining room and the other fish tanks are upstairs plus all the live food are stored in cupboard under tank and no deaths there too but now that i think about it our house always has all the windows and doors open so that will help ventalate it just saying i have no problems with fly spray(and when we run out we have loads of flies)

will cost abit in food tho :lol: lol

If anyone does have a dog at home alone they can always send them to doggy day care at the local kennal drop them off on your way to work they play and get fed then pick them up on your way home, this also stops holes in your yard,noise complants and you dont need to walk your dog striaght away when you get home oh and your dog gets socilised and in time lots of dogs ignore dogs on the street coz it sees heaps of dogs everyday so you have a nice calm companion(well as long as you put some respectful training in)

well had some one ask me if i wanted there gold fish coz they were moving house so i said okay thinking they were plain goldfish they dropped off 3 goldfish(1 was fantail,)3 danios 1 gold sword tail and 2 gold tropicle fish they all suvrive the colder water but i put them in slightly heated tank so there happyer and moving lots just wasnt what i was expecting

yeh thats wierd my friends female cat has sprayed too, i was thinking if i catch him or her spraying to make load noise or squirt with water gun but it is natural and thats how they communicate to each other too, but i would hate to get them fixed and then they still sprayed another friend told me that there cat is a tom and iv never smelt cat pee at there house and the breeders house was fine too

Stella i do believe that too and didnt realy want a cat but fell in love with the breed (maybe coz there so smart like dogs) iv had cats when young that had one litter and it was no big deal,found homes and got her spayed,(i also take my friends cats and dogs to get fixed up coz there are to many out there) thats y i need to think long and hard about this(you dont get an option like this with purebred cats that often)id also love to start getting into showing them(i wanted to show dogs but always got cross breeds )

aarrrr just wrote heaps and went to view new posts insted of submit anyway did breeder favor(what goes around comes around)and he gave me an option on breeding my cats(papers etc) (need to give a little more money but is a good deal if i take it) ill need to build indoor and outdoor cattery cage of coarse dont want moggies and dont want my neighbors complaining about noise at night(even tho there are cats around now waking me up) iv got dogs so the strays dont spray on my house i also dont want my boy to get hit by car etc from roaming (but we dont let out at night) but there is alot to think about(a little hobby turns into alot of work)i also want good homes for kittens but dont want to charge someone an arm and a leg(dont no if im aloud to sell kittens cheap ill need to look into that) THANKS FOR INFO ABOUT GETTING CAT PEE SMELL AWAY i didnt no the viniger thing and i also found out bleach is the worsed thing to use(wish i new that in last house)

i was wondering if anyone has unneuterd cats and do they spray in or around the house,(i cant stand that smell)and how do you get rid of it? i was thinking about breeding mine but dont want to lock them in cattery(or have to build one first)and dont want a smelly house

i no if i get up in the night and turn on my fish tank nearly All the fish have lost there colour the neons are small white minnow looking but the colour comes out after a while of lights on,so maybe coz of the darkness

odi is now 3mths old

Well i bought a snow bengal kitten about 3 wks ago and just went back to the breeder and bought an 8mth old brown spotted female and she has been home for 20mins purring and playing already,All i have to get now is a marble one hahaha she is so affectionate,ill put photos on when i get broadband toped up again this is our new girl settling in its hard to get a photo of his spots,you can see them real good when he is walking away but his markings should come out in the winter

oh he is so cute and small(they grow up so fast)

ive used an old hose too (not my new one cause it smells and tastes of plastic rubber so thought thats to strong for fish) never had problems with water ,only fish killing other fish

hi again just thought(since today was very hot) have you check the cold end of tank just thought that going into summer maybe the cool end isnt cool enough and its trying to dig to find cooler place just a thought tho(wow im even thinking of this foram when im not on it) :lol:

oh i guessed that, i just never seen them for sale are they those ones that i see in the reserves there small ball shaped thith a arm on each side for swimming(now thought about it it looks like a little bout with oars) 8)
