    hey from the bandit

Bandit. Another way to keep your fish is to tell your wife that in chinese tradition it is good luck to have goldfish in the house. The more fish the more luck, therefore with all the tanks you have you are very lucky. If she doesn't buy that then tell her of the the really bad things that could of happened if you didn't have the tanks. Good Luck

    shipping fish

Courier post and Pace couriers are the same company. Pace does urgent couriers like Sub 60 around town and Courier post have next day delivery nationwide. You will need to find out when there latest pickup time is to shorten the transit time between localities
  15. I have had a big bad outbreak of BBA and I was recommended by the guys and gals at Hollywoods to use Florish Excel to get rid of the stuff. It does work but unfortunately it took a couple of the big bottles ($37.00 per bottle) to get rid of the BBA. then again it was everywhere on the plants, ornaments. side of the tank. but then again I don't have anymore BBA.
  16. I've positioned mine just below the waterline with a bit of the spray bar above the waterline so that there is not a lot of noise also if you feed your fish pellets then the water current by the spray bar will push the pellets down into the water instead of them all gathering between the spray bar and the sides.

  18. The last time I went was at Christmas last year and the main tank to me seemed a little bare. they really need more fish. there seems to be less fish now than before it was renovated a couple years ago. I would wait till maybe christmas or even september for the auction.
  19. Hi Newbie you really don't need to clean the filter too often. I haven't cleaned my 403 since November last year and the fish are happy. Then again I do a water change once a month. spare parts for the fluval can be obtained from your LFS
