  1. It's in NZ waters. Not the captain's fault. Where was the pilot?
  2. They said it was just too deep and the X-Ray didn't really show its position relative to the entry wound; and they didn't want to dig around too much. So basically I'll have to be put under and the foot will have to be operated on. So now; not only do I have a damn needle stuck in my foot, but I also have an incision in my foot! What irritates me is that I'm doing it all privately and I'm still going to have to wait till "early next week" :an!gry It would be easier and quicker to fly down to either Australia or Singapore; have it removed and then come back.
  3. They dug around for 10-15 odd minutes today and it couldn't be found. It was too deep. So now im in a lot of pain, and have to wait till next week till I go for a proper surgery with an orthopaedic surgeon.
  4. I found a sewing needle the hard way.
  5. Jeepers! It's a very potent fert! I only add a capful to my tank now that I don't maintain it as much. But this is what I have been up to. Not fun at all. :an!gry
  6. Ha! Don't even think about it! :sml1: And thanks Deepsound! I kinda want to change things around with fewer plants but can't be bothered.
  7. :slfg: Never! I'd rather spend the money on hair product eh?
  8. Yeah... CuSO4 and shrimp. Not good. I don't think you've killed them..............yet.
  9. hahaa. You know me. Can you imagine me having kids?
  10. Ah, but it's not just the job eh. It's the job + uni. Wake up and study for an hour; get ready for work - start work at half eight, and finish at five. Then come home, get changed, cook dinner and study till 7. Then eat dinner; pretend to study when I'm really watching tv and then crash in bed!
  11. That's quite amazing! how does it fare in the winter cold?
  12. Poor tank has been neglected for a few months now. I'll be selling some of the crypts on the RHS soon. Far too many in there and they grow like mad. It's all getting out of control! I kinda want to fix it, but just don't have the inspiration / inclination any more.
  13. Who's going to do those free kick thingies if he isn't playing?
  14. I like how you have positioned the plants. very pretty.
  15. They are planaria and not at all harmful. Good for grazing fish!
  16. What K are the halides? I'd go for 14000K. Some pretty unusual (but good and cool) plant growth with that spectrum.
  17. Cool! I like how it's growing out.
  18. I shall drive back to Palmy this evening. Was good to have Monday off work. Spent the 'long weekend' in New Plymouth. This place is amazing and the view from my parent's house is awesome - Mount Taranaki from one window and the ocean from the other. I think I shall spend more and more time in the Naki now.
  19. Take them out of the pot and the wool. Separate the segments and plant them carefully into a nutrient rich substrate for best results. Of-course you must have the correct light for the plant to grow.
  20. Koenigsegg any day. No questions asked, and with no hesitation what so ever. :slfg: Merc S63 or BMW 760Li?
  21. Ferrari Enzo. Now; Ferrari 599 GTB or Lambo Aventador?
  22. At least give us a model of each to choose between! :slfg:
  23. I always get mine done at the VTNZ over here. They're pretty good.
