The photo's don't actually do him justice.... the red is actually a lot darker and brighter... No space for breeding at the moment but will see how I go in the future.

I do agree Bilbo. LFS has these also advertised as "Blue Apisto" ($43). The tri's I have came in as Trifasciata... Must be what the importer marketed them as?

The Apistogramma Blue are actually Trifasciata.... They are up to $45 in shops... I have them for $15 if interested. Macmasteri for $8 Cheers Dan.

For me easy to sex from these pics when in breeding condition..... but i am talking unsexed fish in your LFS. Quite often lacking colour and sometimes fish that are immature....

Yeah, I know what you mean... Can be fun though... and I must say they have a lot more character than other fish I have raised.

Nice fish and nice pics Antwan. They have developed and coloured up nicely. Are these fish easy to sex when not in breeding colours, as yours are?

What sort of probs raising ram fry? Have you tried Antwan?

The one's Jennifer was breeding were the best I have seen. Have a look back at POTM. They were the best I have seen. Havn't seen many posts from Jen. You still out there Jen?
