long fins are dominant over short fins hmpk x hm will produce entirely long fings in f1, in f2 short fins will be produced. unless the hm carries pk there wil be no short fins in f1.

has he built a bubble nest before? how long were they conditioned for and what on? if you have another male with a nest you could take some of his nest out and put it into your spawning tank to give him an idea on what to do

how are all hte little baby fighters going? did you get any crowns to breed?

ive had a fighter bite his tail, can be caused by stress, should grow back but might not be the same what are your tank stats incase of fin rot?

how big is he? maybe you need to seperate him, or some of the bigger fry

sorry i should of said smooth top line (there is a dip just after her head) is genetic and can be passed down to future offspring

wel i wouldnt go the last one as its not a crowntial? i like the first one as has nice colours and better crowning, my only problem with it would be that is hasnt got a very smooth body

orana wildlife park is good for seeing wild animals, can feed girraffes and watch cheetahs run also has cheetah cubs http://www.oranawildlifepark.co.nz/ and at willow bank you can buy bags of food for the animals and hand feed them, also have a new kiwi house (not sure if it is actually open yet) but we got to see a 7 day old kiwi on a class trip, less walking at willow bankhttp://www.willowbank.co.nz/ antartic centre has penguins and also a snow room to play in, also has the haggland ride but not sure how much that costs http://www.iceberg.co.nz/ southern encounter aquarium has a cool touch tank for children http://www.southernencounter.co.nz/

all that and alot of space for tanks, alot of breeders on aquabid are in thai land where they dont need heaters, which means they can easily breed imagine how many bettas we would all have if nz was a tropical climate and we didnt need heaters

is the mum a delta aswell? i may have to get some more females off you from that spawn when they are older as i love marbles one of the ct females i got from you, ( from one of you platinum male spawns) has started to marble glad you got another spawn going, you still trying to find a place to move to or you organised one? and you still gonna get your fish room?

oh i hate egg eaters, it took me about 6 trys with my one before i got anything, unfortuantely the father has passed away now and that was the spawn that the heater stopped working and killed all the babies, so pretty much i tryed really hard for a spawn from him but didnt even get anything anyway here are a couple of photos of my new boy

yup im getting them off him, getting 4 and should be here on wednesday, i couldnt help myself and i bought a cellophane marble delta today, im thinking about breeding specifically hmpk, and probably focus on whites, marbles, and cellophanes, is there a reason the mg doesnt seem to be breeding, is he not wrapping or eating the eggs or just nothing?
