I use to own a few but sold them a while back. I know a guy with some which are about 4 years old which he breeds every so often when his numbers get low

you should get a group of ember tetras or strawberry rasabora! or "dwarf rasabora" all males that would look cool

reed tetras get quite large from what I understand well the ones that were coming into the country as reed get quite big
