at the moment only cockatoos but getting hold of some borelli and panduro, then hopefully some other species when i get more tanks there are a few people fith nice apistos in well if you ask round, thats where i got my cockatoos sent from

hiya who has/breeding what dwarfs? pics too if have some

go guppies, they are cheap as and much easier to catch if want to get rid of them, i cycled with danios and man were they a pain to catch to move off to a new home

the way ive found easiest is set up an account at photobucket.com, upload photos to that, then resize to message board size which can get the site to do for you, and then can directly copy and paste the image link address starts IMG.... and then it will work on here without having to do anything else to it

animates has hatchets? they have the ugly little albino neons if you were still wanting some at the TJ store, IMO they look like sick regular neons

well cant really spray paint it as it is filled up etc

well substrate is close enough to black so i might go with that, the wall behind it is cream so not so good plus will hide pipes etc

what backround colours for tanks have people found look good? its got a dark substrate, a couple of big bits of driftwood and lots of plants. any suggestions?

imo get the 3ft set up quick and get the tetras etc out of there before there is an issue when things start growing

yeah there are already a few fish in there to help cycle it definitely wouldnt hurt giving it at least a fortnight before adding anything new

dont worry to much about a brown tinge to the water, mine has been slightly brown for a few months but everything is fine and the brown is harmless

the fighter would really depend on the other tank mates, they can be fine with angels but they may not be as can do a bit of cheeky fin nipping, but on the other hand saw a tank just tonight that had angels and a fighter that were fine so really it may work or it may not
