    ok well i dont have any plants at the moment as got rid of the ones i had as told by stupid guy at animates, which was before found this place so total black out is cover it up fully or just have no lights on?

    heya had an outbreak and under instruction from john at organism been siphoning gravel each day and its almost all gone but a real small amount keeps returning each day, anything to finish the bugger off completely? read a few past posts on it and i have half a bottle of vodka i dont drink so can anyone help with info on that method and wether it will finish the algae off?

    Never bred before but i had the male in isolation to let the female repeir its tail, which i thought was unbreeding related, but the male ended up blowing bubble nests and female laying eggs, but as they were separated it eventuated to nothing but it seems they want to breed, so basically how would go about it and would i need a separate tank to do it?

    Hi i initially bought 2 small ones both expected to be females, but one turned out to be a male which is chasing the female around a bit, is it worth getting another female or 2 to sort the male out?

    umm was critter kingdom on blenheim rd. im just feeding flake to tetras and beta and pellets to the bristlenose

    Anywho, yeah at the moment thinking some rocket pencils for top level of tank, maybe a couple of tocken glowlights to mix up neons, and 3 corys for the bottom of tank, thoughts?

    Been to a few usual pet shops, but recently finally found organism and the guy there been heaps of help, had a yarn to him today and possibly some rocket pencils will go nicely at the top of my tank

    its one of the bristlnoses that doesnt get more than cuple inches at most..

    HI ive currently got a male betta, bristlenose and 5 neons and wondering what else may be suitable in a 40 or so Litre tank. Was thinking maybe something for lower levels like a couple of corydoras and a small shoal of something for mid level possibly... any ideas much appreciated

    Heya firstly nice well laid out forum here. Well im a uni student from chch, have a small 40L jebo 338 as thats what budget could allow , One day il have that nice huge tank with a nice remu cabinet, and maybe a marine tank with all those expensive corrals etc
