Hugs to you Loopy. I lost quite a few fish recently to whitespot & bacteria. It's so depressing to lose favourites, almost makes you wanna give it up.

I sooooooo wanna hermit crab :-) Although forcing them to use painted shells is apparently cruel.

We used to foster baby birds, it's not very easy as they can die of shock... But we fed go-cat soaked in water until they were soft. Beware as you can spend a couple of months raising it & then free it and have all the local birds attack it cos its in their territory

I think they're kinda cool, but would be hard to do water changes - too low, so getting the siphon started would be a challenge. + it's kinda mean for the fish to be in a tank that's constantly being banged against. They sell these in stores here btw.

no. my loaches eat the snails but the shells stay. i see them all flying about in the gravel vacuum (theyre too heavy to actually be sucked up )

Wireless router connecting help needed

Make sure it's all plugged in properly? Reset the modem and the router? Run the installation cd again? Ring the Belkin hotline? (should be on the box somewhere) -
Most fish? I think I've seen most of mine move them. It's especially obvious in bottom dwellers because they sit still on the bottom with only their eyes moving about. Lol, know what you mean about the bumblebee garras. It's fun to get coely's one to watch my finger.

Crushed coral in a freshwater tank?? Will that alter the hardness or ph etc? Won't it look awful?

Mines mainly willow I think. It was found high on the beach, so is pretty dry. Damn, maybe I should give up and just buy some wood.

Lol, once when we were there, a lady was standing at the counter waiting for about 5 minutes, seriously. All the staff were in other rooms so couldn't be found. Was funny.
