The issue as I see it is if action like this was taken then what happens to the likes of myself who wish to purchase a smaller tank to breed my Apistos in. How are the shops supposed to differentiate between me wanting for that purpose or me wanting to give it to my friend for his or her goldfish. Just my thoughts

Are you fishing for a reaction? The thread has nothing to do with eel tail catfish to start with so why change it to such? You are trying to stir a reaction out of people by doing so. Prove your point with your previous statements. I believe the thread is discussing Clown loach behaviour. You then made claims to giant fish that no one has proof of.

Good light and a deep tank as the roots are huge. Its a bit like an iceberg. At least twice as big below the water. It can be quite nutrient demanding and will rot easily if it does not like conditions. Avoid temperature extremes.
