Today when i got home i found this little creature on the glass, it looks like a starfish but im not sure.... its white and has 3 legs and looks like one is missing it was about 1cm at the most. It was moving slowly too.... What is it and should it be in there???

good point you do have some fishies that i do rather like oh and tanks :lol: You can do an expection of my tanks after but i'm sure none with die or go missing :lol: I have been scared of that happening tho

have a look in the saltwater members tanks, his tanks in there Wasp maybe you should just be the bigger man and not answer back and give him the reaction he getting. Then whos gunna look like a "nigel"?? IMHO ONLY

When he says deal with i hope he doesn't mean kill but at least the tank is 7ft long but yea even the pleco would have trouble turning around. Apparently the giant gourami's don't mind over crowed tanks with poor water quality but seems a bit sad really.

Yea i realise that, concidering i don't have it. all i meant by the question is that it is a small bunch and that CO2 will give it a quicker helping hand to get it going

lorrainel, are you running CO2?? I just spotted a small clump in one of my tanks (forgot i chucked it in there) well anyway its not doing very well in that tank and I was thinking if you have no luck I can send you this small clump to try out. I do stress though its only about old 50cent size and its been sitting behind the filter inlet but may be worth a try for free :roll: duno what postage is worth though??? may not be worth it

Animates had a accident one day and it pored COLD water into some of there tanks and they lost over 220 fish. It happened over night and they came in the next morning to ALOT of floaters. My ghost knife i currently have lived through the incident as the same thing happened to his tank but it was during the day so was caught in time.......apparently the tech had been in and fiddled with something he wasn't meant to. ANYWAY thats just a bit of useless info for everybody :lol:
