thanks for that info, very helpfubfl (they additional letters i helpful were just done by my bunny running over the kep board, he says thanks to )
anyway, he now has the runs. advice please.
out of those i have only had angels & didn't have any issues with big water changes & temp dropping to about 15.
"wild angels", you have some from their country of origin?
what fish are we talking about, all the ones in your sig? I have seen africans in a 13 deg tank for almost a week & all that happened was 2 out of 15 or so got white spot. oxygen is far more important than temp in the short term (24-48 hours) but both are important long term.
they should be fine as long as oxygen is replaced. i send fish around the country in plastic bags, it takes as long as 18 hours to get there. Keep the oxygen up & they be sweet
it was on a golf course so if i pit it back it will be terminated as it will dig up beautifully manicured grass, sand bunkers & greens. I'll think its better off with me & besides, my wife has become very attached to it.
yeah for sure, it almost become part of my cat just now. the bunny jumped out of my hand onto the carpet & my cat pounced on it so it got back handed.
well today the bunny has really taken off, he is eating well & running around the lounge very well. yesterday he was quite sleepy & wasn't very active at all although it has grown well since we have had him. the only issue i have now is keeping an active little bunny away from the cats that assure me he is their dinner.
i tend to take the advice from the manufacturer over others opinions (sensibly & with in reason of course) as they designed/manufactured the product so i would accept that they know more about it than i do.
don't worry too much about that, i do 50% changes evry week in my 300L & it only takes about 3 hours to get back up to temp. i have always done 40 to 50% changes & the temp often drops to 15 or so & i haven't lost any fish from it. You can pour a few buckets of hot water after its almost filled to bring the temp up a bit to if it really worries you.
i would have thought you should re-start the dosing completely, all doses as directed.
As you have only done partial doses i hope the parasite has not or can not become ammune like other things can. if it has it could be a disaster.
