i have soom good info in a book somewer on how to breed ornates , ill post it later i was gona try ornates thats why i ended up with 7 at one stage but ill wait and il buy some larger ones in 4 years time when there mature enough to breed i rekon

i rekon it could work ay but you never kno with jars... make sure you have a spare tank just incase but if it was me id try it and see what happens

dont like nets cause you have to use big fishing ones and fish tend to get stuck yea i drop the water level and get them in a pillow case

like 2 months or more , thats why i think he mite come right cause he hasent died already when i first saw him months ago i really thort he was gona die ay ,didnt swim just layd there , atleast he swims now even tho it is on the bottom lol wait and see what hes like in your tank tho, coz hes in a real crap tank at the moment

i rekon judge the flow rate yourself ,once you get it all up and running ull be able to tell if its enough or not enuf flow. yea went in and saw your aro today , i saw it a few months ago aswell ,and still the same hangs around the bottom its strange ay but im sure hel come right eventuly
