  1. doesnt look gravy cant tell how fat she is from pics take a photo side on, try get her front legs resting up on something, need her relaxed with belly hanging down etc. from pics youve given she doesnt look that fat, no obvious eggs to me but not the best pics to tell from..

  3. Any advice would be appreciated. Will be used mainly for closeups of insects, reptiles, wildlife etc. May do a photography course in the coming years.. cheers
  4. theyre nice. any pics of a young from last season, must be looking nice by now?
  5. it does look great. fumes can be a worry for the first week or 3? wipe it down with a wet cloth then dry out with fan etc. may help a little.
  6. most beardies will colour up nicely if given some sunslight. theyre not always vibrant, can change depending on mood i think. stupid things, wish theyd breed

  8. hes probably just seeing red :oops: Any new surroundings can be overwhelming though, give it a week or two (if you avent already?) and should be back to normal. Could be high on fumes so just mellow as, probably with a headache in the morning too lol

  10. tm? most tadpoles around are golden/southern bells. actually wetpets had some young frogs and tadpoles the other week..
  11. yeah theyre very easy to look after. especially with a little attention. dont even need substrate lol. they would survive in a tank with a water bowl put it that way. few bugs every day or every other day, i use a basking light (bell frogs seem to do better with one imo). keep water fresh as possible like any other animal and it will be a merry xmas lol. female bell frogs - about 10/11cm.
  12. Setup a frog tank today, went a bit overboard with the water :lol: was a little worried the flow may be too much, but this frog is sitting right in the thick if it and seems happy) (ornament thing will go once i find a nice rock.)
  13. thats one of the reasons why i havent got them yet. reptiles in general are very addictive, im not an addict though .

  16. any sperm plugs? other than that better off getting a group and going from there. even if you sex yours, it can be hard to find sex'd skinks.
  17. fed mine a bee the other day, not sure if safe?? but the frog liked it..
  18. i doubt spiders would have a chance to harm a frog. theyre pretty fast. they do very in shades, but feel free to post pics
  19. i found yes male/s smell more, but without daily cleaning they all smell lol keep em clean and they're not too bad at all.
