Did you turn the room lights off when you took the pics? I have a post somewhere that shows the lengths Amano goes to to take his tank shots - will see if I can find it. Carbon is not going to polish your water.

I have a betta for Nymox to replace his boy that passed away that needs to be delivered to Tauranga, if anyone is heading up that way from or through HB, could you please let me know, otherwise I will courier it to him and we will go halves in the freight.

CPDs can look stunning in a small planted tank with good lighting. There was a bunch that came through from the importers quite some time ago that were quite dull, but a couple of males flaring at each other are gives a good display, and they can be highly active.

Meeeyyybbbeee..... They will be either Poropanchax normani or Psuedepiplatys annulatus - Norman's Lampeye or Clown killies. I feed mine JBL Novotom. My evil plan to spread Killies around is working!!! Found anything in your tank yet, Phoenix?

Is it specifically made as a reptile tank? If so, is it meant to be filled to the top? One of the LFS here set a curved reptile tank up (did not look the same as this one, though, and was probably twice the size if not more) for marine - it lasted for a while until they came in one day and found everything on the floor because it had broken. Not trying to scare you off the sale, but something to consider.

Yeh, it has it's moments, I find you cannot post more that five or so pics in one go, especially if they are over 300kb each. Try the preview button after a couple to see if it will let you do it.

Dang... Do you want a replacement? One of our club members breeds some very nice fighters, I can get one and send to you if you are suffering severe withdrawal symptoms. He has half moons and veiltails - don't ask what colour, but I know he has some blue and possibly platinum HMs
