Nah mate, i got rid of all my babys after the meeting the other weekend to sharron and paul, my breeding female died ages ago, and so now i dont have any babys... I realy want some GBA's though but dont realy have the money for them ATM. I have my breeding male and a smaller female in a tank now and the female looks FAT!!! so fingers crossed

I found that when ever i overdosed the PMDD my tank would go green, and alot of the stem plants would die off/not look too good. If I was you, i would just do a water change, then keep dosing the correct amount of ferts until you see some improvements... What kind of bubble rate do you have coming from the co2? With 300W's over a 200-250L (i think yours is about that isnt it?) You will need a highish bubble rate (1 bubble per second at least) Whenever things like this happen to me, i just chuck alot of the dead/dying/not looking good plants out and re-plant the whole tank with cuttings, and re-do the tank again pretty much. HTH

Haha year heat will be the major problem. I have a pc fan running on my tank everyday nw because the temp just gets too high, and i only have a 15w light :lol: Evaporation is the major thing for me now since i have the fan facing the water, I am topping up 2 litres daily.... I am seriously considering making another tank a little bit bigger than the 30L i have now, and using my halide on it, and my seio m620 which is coming in the mail :bounce: :bounce: 8)

Nah i reckon that aslong as you give it a few GOOD gravel syphons, then scoop it out and put new stuff in, you will be sweet as. I wouldnt bother re-cycling the tank just for that, as long as you have a well aged filter youll be sweet as

I have only ever bought one pottle of pleco chips, im not sure which ones they were but it was a few years ago when i first started. My plecs never ate them, and they just rotted away, so i havent fed them since.... I just put cucmber in every now and then, make sure theres wood in the tank, and they get lots of novo-bits sitting on the bottom which they love.....

Hi. Put some cucumber or zuchini into the tank beside the babys once they have consumed their egg sacks (usualy after 1 week). You need to put some sort of weight in the food so it sinks. I have used old plant weight in the past. Replace the food after each day as it will go off.

I bought 10 ramshorns quite some time ago and put them in my planted tank, they all just slowly disapeared in a few weeks, and aparently they are meant to multiply like crazy.... !!!! :lol:

Yer i gave a marble sword baby away yesterday aswell, along with 3 crypts, and a nice sized anubias, i also gave a handful of tennelus to sharn :lol: :lol: I have been sent sooo many plants in the past, that i am just passing on the favour, and i would be very disapointed if someone sold them on... I would tell them too

Your totaly welcome. I posted it in the technical section a little while ago, but had no replys or anything :lol: Its good because it has so many different tank shapes and for marine people it alows for sumps, fuges, rock, sand and everything else you can think off :lol:
