I thought I'd sustained no damage until I saw water dripping through the ceiling. The hot water cylinder had shifted and the feed pipe had come loose. The plumber has just left. We've drained it and have laid it on it's side so it can't fall any further. I still think I'm lucky when I see what others are going through.

Sorry for your losses Jen but glad you're OK. I've just finished cleaning up my mess so I'm free if you need a hand with anything.

I have water all over the floor but luckily no tanks have broken. At least the sun is shining so the clean up will be a little easier.

I have them in with Tetras, Cories and Dwarf Cichlids and IME they are not overly aggressive. A little chasing here and there but no real harassment. -

I've had the same thing happen....first thing I did was to take out 50% of the water to ease the pressure. Then I used a clamp to bring the glass back to it's proper position and resiliconed the brace. The fish stayed in the tank.
