They feel more comfortable in a larger group. So get afew more. feed them up when the untill the females are large with eggs. Do a water change one night then They should breed in the morning. So leave your curtains open.

So any salt water will be fine? Doesnt it matter if its cloudy?

For mine. I use 1 table spoon per litre and then half a teaspoon of baking soda.

Yea when I had a livebearer tank. I used to have them interbreed all the time. I had females that would breed....Give birth Etc. Then grow a gonopodium

Danios would be able to handle it. They love strong currents. Maybe some Zebra danios or WCMM's and maybe afew BNs

Yep. my breeding colony is in a 3ft and they prefer that over a 2ft anyday. For a while I had a small 5cm pair that I had breed once in a 2ft then now they are breeding well in the 3ft.

I wouldnt. 2ft for one pair is min. Other wise your could stu nt there growth. And sometimes they dont feel comfortable in smaller tanks.

Yea the ones i had. They would move about then light would reflect off them, and they turn blue lol.

Bird barn has some albino plecs. I think there $50 or more I carnt remember

Oh yup. Well they new snow albino guppies settled in nicely started having ago at the females and were eating loads. But woke up in the morning to find that they are all gone. So im looking around the tank. Looking and looking then a catfish catchs my eye with its extra large stomach. He had gone and eaten them when they were on the bottom probly resting. Its name has slipped my mind. But it's silver and has wiskers. And start's with "My" or sumthing.. Oh well, ive set up the new 2ft's for the albino's and I can order some in as soon as ive got some more money. :-?

I never saw your albinos. Only those half blacks. Is that what your refering to?

yep. Im pretty keen on the look of the snows. So if you guys start a line then I will swap with you for some of mine to strengthen the blood line abit. Member to crossout and in again so were not all interbreeding just to keep full albino. Looking good.

Hiya. I got 3 male snow albino guppies today. And they are already breeding with my half females.Hopfully the males are fertile and I get some babies. Fingers Crossed :bounce:
