BigBossPants
Gently lift it out of the tank several times, usually the loach will come out with the water. Otherwise its just a waiting game
fish_tank0311
But it looks very cramped up in there im not sure if the fish is actualy going to be able to fall out.
GZ_Loach
You can pull the impellar out, its only stuck in by magnetism, other than that you can't take it apart unless you hack it to pieces because its all sealed up. * Do this under water *
ryanjury
If it got in there it should be able to get out!

Loaches can, they like to swim into tight spaces in driftwood - I've seen them wriggle back out
hovmoller
Can you reach the tail fin with tweezers? I know this might damage the fin but if you can save his life I would do that

fish_tank0311
I believe he is out yes..... These clown loaches are frustrating me -.- I bought 2 from hollywood 2 weeks ago and since the second day one of them has been missing.... Looked ALL over the tank, no fish, as far as i can see no corpse either. And the biggest fish in there is a black angel fish and he is no where near big enough to eat a clown loach.... Really weird because iv only ever had 1 fish die on me because of sickness (the rest die of age) and that was my fighter fish a while back. Got a bad case of ich....Wasn't a nice coming home present after a 4 day weekend :tears: Might have to go and get me some more clown loaches as i think this 1 is a bit lonely. Caryl
Clown loaches are happier in groups so you need a large tank for them.
fish_tank0311
I do have a 4 foot tank. Might sell them once they get too large anyway.
Caryl
They are a very slow growing fish.

It is great to see them in a school and coming upto the surface to eat etc
jarrodrussell
If it got in there it should be able to get out! i once had a red whip tail stuck in a hole in the log i thought the same thing as you so i left it a couple days later its still in their turns out it had been in their so long it died
GZ_Loach
Clowns like to hide for awhile when you first get them or after rearranging the tank, they feel safer in groups and become more active
waterlogged
I've seen quiet a few fish swim back wards? It's sharks that can't as the need water passing over their gills to circulate. other wise they drown
