  3. somthing similar happend to our hot water cylider i had a shower then my parents went to have one and it was cold the hot water cyclider was cold as ice! the mains power went out to the cylinder all is fine now mayby just give it some time ?
  4. yeah he was very honist to he even lowered the price because he said i was a nice guy i got one of them really nice AAA grade blue dimond and a red turk really nece healthy fish they even ate as soon as they got out of the bag! we even had a poke around his cichilid tank we lifted this huge rock and all these fry came out and we watched the others eat them haha good ole cycle of life

  11. seeing the snakes heads on river monsters yesterday i really really hope they do not come to nz they can adapt easly in any conditions pretty much they will destroy all trout and all native fish it can easly crawl to another pond over land and can survive in a very low oxygen enviroment as it can breath the atmostpere ultimate preditor i think their have been reports of snakeheads attacking children and pets :an!gry but if i could have one i would they are a neat fish and love to eat anything you put in the tank haha
  12. well switched from freash to salt water to but i just used the same 40L jebo tank i had before it was $40 for 5 kgs of rock $30-for salt that makes 130L $10-therometer $40 for large spectrum container of food $20 for power head $20 on sand $45-yellow tail damsel $80 for 2 perc clown fish $35 for white sps coral $25 for monterpora plate $15 tongan coral thats all i have spent on my tank every and i have had it for about 5-6 months doing water changes once a month or untill nutriant levels have dropped which i can tell because my tongan coral wont open all its poylps
  13. also bgk are nocternal (i think thats how you spell it) and are very active at night mayby this is why they seem dead or sleepy because their sleeping?

  15. i have had 3 electric blue rams in their and pepperd corys in their to plenty of kuhli loaches and a zebra eel in my trickle filter
  16. im not sure why you can but the good bacteria can only handle so much waiste to nuetrilise it can over load mayby because mostly gold fish are kept in cold water and everybody knows they are waste bombs haha
  17. both tanks are looking very nice i love the fighter i am on a hunt to find another one my one also died on saturday thow stupid skunk loaches had a go at it :an!gry
