last 2 on 550D with 18-55mm lense and a very amateur photographer :D

Absolutely LOVING your photos ID!! I'm slowly getting my head around photography too...focusing mostly on nature photography. Can't wait until my taddies morph so I can practice on them.. lol!

Cool. I thought you already had an HD capable phone (i recall from your youtube)?

I use the M function for taking pics most of the time. Probaby M for manual? lol

Manual focus all the way. Auto focus is to slow and noisy for my liking.

I really need to go back and read the manual again. Sometimes everything looks yellow and need to work out how to blur/un blur background especially when recording. I generally just push a few buttons, turn some nobs. and normally that works  haha.

Yeah I do but this is more for photography not video but I will be using it's video though

And yes m means manual lol it's hard to get the iso and shutter speed and aperture right

I want to use macro but I get sick of the flash popping up!

I found the manual was really good. Yeah the auto focus is quite slow manuals the best and I find live view really good zooming in and seeing if it's well in focus is really handy and in the ca mode on the dial (creative auto) on the display it let's you pick how blured you want the back round and how bright the picture is.

It is silly how the flash is automatic on some functions.

In M/manual you can still get just as close i think.

I want a macro lens and decent flash. Probably should pay off the camera first though :D

Yeah in manual you can get just as close the only difference between all the other modes is that you set the shutter speed etc in the scenario instead of it being automatic.

I think you can turn the flash off but im not to sure :dunno:

The macro lenses are great canon came off the best in digital photo magazine review and sigma was the best 3rd party lens.

Yeah better pay off the camera before getting a new lens
