yeh_buddy
You could try house training him in the mean time its relatively easy, my rabbit (Buddy) was trained within 12 hours. Would take a little longer with an older rabbit. But because they are generally tidy animals by habit the job is half done already for you. I've never actually had a pet rabbit, I think I'd probably go with something like a flemish giant.
