Bluetom
there are a couple in auckland, Have a look here for the addresses http://www.jansens.co.nz/ I'm a big fan of pupuke aquarium centre in birkenhead hillcrest area.
Rockerpeller
jansens is a petshop chain. they have a website too if you need the address. as for clubs, there should be a list of clubs on the home page on the right side of the screen. any of the clubs mentioned on this site is really good. they'll help you if you ever need any advice etc.

philosophy king
Thanks every one. u've all been very helpful. So. i can conclude the only speciality aquarist/fish shop is the "hollywood fish farm" correct? besides that they are all standard petshops? Warren
Jansens is also pretty good. Hollywood's do specialise a bit more but both shops will go the extra mile for you if you ask for something (unless it's impossible to get...) Rockerpeller
pupuke is dedicated fish shop as well. they're good.
Bluetom
Jansens tends to be like 50% fish and pupuke on the shore is 100% fish, jansens is almost as good as hollywood.
Warren
Yeah Pupuke is good too. Don't get to the North Shore very often and tend to forget they're there. Well worth a visit if you're in the area.

Alan
The colour of the "Shack" makes it stick out. Shouldn't be hard to find. Looks like a similar address on that site too Gannet. Alan
IOU1
Yup, I recommend the animal shack aswell. Reminds me of Jansens Although I haven't yet spent much there as yet I am planning to set up my tanks these holidays coming and buy the stuff I need from them.
