The banggai are too easy , not much of a challenge, i have 100 and they are still breeding, the main problem is making time to look after them. There will be many local breed banggais soon, I would try the clowns, percs or occelaris. , what about mandrine fish, they will be cool to breed.

i would try something like clowns etc, the shrimps are not easy.

i see Randy Holmes Farley has a new two part formula for adding calcium/carbonate. Looking to get some made up and try it as i am having real problems keeping up with kh/calcium, they drop so quick. I dont think that baking soda is very potent as you have to add so much to get the kh up. salifert /seachem must be adding something else to there buffers as they seem so much more potent when added.

Bit of an update on the tank. Some minor change made during the last three weeks has improved my colours. I stopped my rowaphos reactor I Also in my third week of prodibio dosing on a weekly basis, previously was only dosing monthly. Still dosing strontium and reef solution

yea 19cm , looked like a big fish. Not common , as they dont look very colourful so they wont collect them.

I think he is going to inclose the stand with timber, so if that is the case it will be perfect.
