Has anyone got any DIY plans for pond filter?

yes but did not feel in tank or bucket of same water

thanks just seems strange with no power two pumps in sump (ehim 1260 for protin skimmer, small ehim for zeovite reactor (just doing charcoal at moment)) and one return pump plumbed outside tank

cleaning out sump yesterday and i have small cut on finger , tingling when in sump . Put finger in bucket of water siphoned out of sump , no tingeling. M I thought leakage (power) so turn off all switches still tingeling , went up stairs to tank with circulation pumps running and did finger test, nothing .went down stairs still there, thought may be earth problem unpluged all plugs but tingel still there . Any idea of were its coming from ? next stepp would be to remove all equ but this is larger job.

for me it was Jansens at their old address in Mt eden road. was admiring soom marine fish in a couple of tanks and Rolf took me down stairs to a room were there was a large marine tank full of life, I new I wanted one so stated by selling fresh water stuff and converting 3 foot tank to marinr.Just had under gravel filter and some lime stone rocks worked okay kept anemone and clowns and a cataphollia for about 2 to 3 years before upgrading to 4 foot with bioballs .

Reef you said power $700 any idea of the amount for just your large reef tank?

Yes that is a mushroom no direct feeding but gets fish food some times

while I was away lost Mandarin and a couple of acros. But some of hard coral reefs in Fiji were Awesome I could have snorkeled all day , and fish just so many some I have never seen before. Did not dive though as got head cold on third day but my two boys went at both locations Yasawas was okay but in the Rakiraki was amazing. An American who was on same dive at Rakiraki is sending us a DVD of the dive.

well just had a week in the Yasawas (east Fiji) no diving as have head cold but plenty of snorkling and the hard corals are awsome so many colours from reddy to blue all colours still got a few more days but up at kaivity on north of main island .
