What is faux sand bottom? Oh forgot my main man.... he is my fav.

It is there to try and keep the sand in one place, does not work, it is not setup well at the moment as I'm moving. Everything is just sitting blowing in the wind. Will be a little differnt but looking differnt... and yes the rock will be gone. Question..... turn down the current and keep the sand or @#$#$%% the sand? What does everone else do? I have a PH on the opposite side to try and help but the tunze has too much grunt and I can't afford two. Also want a night sensor for this pump if anyone has one.

This is my fish tank which I am moving in 2 weeks, oh dear can't wait. I have Keven from Beachlands helping but still asking friends. My tank is 8months old and use zeovit Hope it works this time!!!!!

I am also using Zeovit and could not be happier, hair alge gone and tank has never looked better. Cleaning is easier - less, and everthing is doing nicely. Great tank of the month, I would be very proud of this tank, also some of the cleanest looking tank I have seen are all use Zeovit. I know know 5 tanks just in AKL using this and everyone is pleased, seen them first hand. Arron

reef let me know, I know a good divioce laywer... you might be able to keep the tank.!!! you keep the tank, she has the car... my wife would not know what to do with a free reef tank even if it was worth 40k. I would say I will turn the power off and you sort it out..... free tank. I can't think of an other reason to sell. anyway all a joke but sorry to see you see it. all the best for what ever reason!!

a lovley fish with a little attitude. Has been in my tank since the beginning but can be a little bossy, won't anoy my blue tang or lemon peel put slow fish get bullyed

Ok I did not do a water change last nite but a water test, I am planning a water change tonite. 10% weekly is what I do. I have Nitrate at 10 and Nitrite at 0.1 will see what they are after water change. I will do 2 x water changes a week for a few weeks to see if this helps. I don't have big enough containers to use NSW unless I do heaps of trips. The test kit is Hagen or something like that, its in the garage and its cold outside.

Right have done water change Nitrite 0.1 Nitrate 10 I think these figiures are better?

I only have about 10% made up, I can get the rest from the beach? Is this ok to get the water and put it stright in? I thought natural sea water needed to sit around for a while? Other option is to make up another 20% tomorrow nomorrow night and do a water change Were do you live?

I have again checked the water conditions and everthing is fine. All my other fish are fine, but I will be saying good bye to my Stark Damsel. I think this may have had some thing to do with it.

yes the nitrite has just risen from 5... dead fish maybe.

The tank is a reef tank, no it just disapeared. Was eating fine but stayig out of the way of my stark damsel. Tank is 5months old, 4ft with sump yes I have a UV Deltec 1250 skimmer etc Several leathers and they look fine. Other clown is fat and healthy looking. Blue tang has a couple of white spots on one eye. I obsereve this tank twice a day and noticed the small clown stright away.

I have had the little man 3-4 months... gone now rest well little friend. He was laying on a rock, also lost a cardinal (today)only lasted a week. Lost a bi-colour blemmy a few weeks back. Never found him. The cardinal was missing an eye and some flesh off its side. Could my BIG boxer shrimp be the hunter from hell?

everythng else is fine, the only chamge is a Phosphate remover a week ago. everthing else is eating fine. Poor little thing is having trouble swimming stright.

Do clowns just die ?

I have spoken with someone who has seen the tank. Looks nothing likke the photo. basicly all you are getting is the hardware and a few fish. Coarls are basicly not there. Photo about 2yrs old. Still a good buy to a new person, tank is excellent as the skimmer etc etc

My small clown is swimming at the surface, looks very skinny. My other clown is big and fat. Any ideas ? I am about to do a water test but last weeks was fine.
