Been busy today.....Installed DURSO, Halfway drain and return feed. (All inside overflow). Water in tomorrow afternoon.

Your local LFS should supply the comb and groove piece. Hollywood sells it...It comes from overseas and is expensive, but is good stuff. It is also black and inconspicuous. You want to be able to remove it as Jetski said.

Thats where those little brats should be in that sump!! Chim....thinking about curtains for the tank, so I can watch a bit of tV.....Mmmmm..... Still thinking about that one....Hahahahahaaa!! :lol: Its lucky I dont watch more than an hour a week if Im lucky.

Yes, Its braced on the bottom and I'm getting 2 more smaller braces for the top also. remenmber it is only 600 high.

A decent Mag/Calc level along with high ALK makes Acros and sps haul arse in my tank.

These aquabees are preference for me.....They are awesomely reliable and dont make any noise........Thats why i'm having two of them!!! And my skimmer pulls enough shit to feed all my houseplants in 3 days!!

running 2 x 1250's....cant show yet as one is still powering the cube and the other one is on the way from the other side of the world..... Running an "S" pattern thru the sump, (Similar to a winding river). Enters the river at the first bend where skimmer #1 is, the goes around the corner thru the live rock...then ar4pound th last bend into the second skimmer which is then pumped back to display. All in the one sump.

8000litre return is heaps for filtering. Streams will do the rest.

yeah, yeah.....My wife calls me a geek too.....I never been a geek before....its interesting!!!! No closed loops, just 1 x 8000LPH return, 1 stream or 2 plus a 4000LPH powerhead behind rocks. No room for loops....dont need'em.
