  1. exactly, almost directly down form one of the double in pipes
  2. what is the green coral on the right hand side of the tank towards the bottom in the middle of the pic
  3. it all depends on the configuration mh/vho/no/t5???? one 150w metal halide with two actinic flouros (preferably t5's) would be ideal for that sized tank
  4. man i wish i could afford to pay a fish watcher to keep an eye on my tank or is that the guy that sells tickets???
  5. mines worth seeing twice so wheres the other one??? give it time and i think a few of the tanks on this site will be up there with the best
  6. tanks doing well, need to do a water change next week and start a routine. One of the guys i work with wants me to set one up for him. (he wants something a little bigger though) so i think a skimmer and sump will be in order as he wants fish.
  7. i think it would be great to be able to do in in a more natural way how about we start a seperate thread (again) to discuss it, as not to kill this thread
  8. the instructions mention that the cloudyness is normal, mine went away overnight
  9. a triangular shape would effect what you could have under the tank. square (rectangle) is easier to work with
  10. apparently they have quite a nasty sting and mine are spreading quite a bit as well so nothing will grow/encrust where they are (my zoos)

  15. hey watch yuor mouth caper oh you meant the fish tank
  16. that skimmer probably holds as much water as my tank at home.
  17. bulb replacement is an important factor as you know, you may find the lower kelvin MH bulbs alot cheaper to replace than a handfull of flouros
